Christopher Ventresca, IES LEED AP
Principal

Chris has been working in the field of architectural lighting design for over 13 years with exposure to large and small scale projects that include hospitality, retail, commercial, and high-end residential.

Having earned his degree in lighting design, Chris gained additional experience as a designer with a notable New York based lighting consulting firm. There he became the lead designer on various projects and was involved in all aspects of project design, specification and management. Chris later moved on to join the offices of Clodagh Design International and Jack Morton Worldwide before starting his own practice.

A natural collaborator, Chris enjoys working closely with clients and project team members to realize lighting design goals, thoroughly and thoughtfully executing every project from schematic design to completion. A strong knowledge of emerging technologies, codes and lighting trends enable Chris to be an educated advisor to clients and the entire project team.

As a LEED® Accredited Professional of the United States Green Building Council, his experience implementing sustainable building practices has been valuable in developing efficient, cost-effective and innovative lighting design solutions. Chris is a member of the Illuminating Engineering Society of North America and serves on the board of directors for the Designer’s Lighting Forum of New York.
